These terms apply to the Shanghai First 24H Offline Fallback Kit.

The product is a fixed USD 9.99 downloadable digital kit. Payment takes place through Dodo, then we personally email a private download link to the address used at checkout within 24 hours after successful payment.

Product Scope

Self-Serve Offline Kit. This is a fixed English-language kit covering offline arrival preparation, payments, data, maps, airport transport, hotel handoff, checklists, rescue cards, and source notes. It does not collect or use your flight, hotel, device, payment, or preference details to create a customer-specific route.

What Is Not Included

No real-time customer service, ongoing trip monitoring, live concierge, rescue, accompaniment, or emergency response.
No booking, ticketing, reservation, dispatch, ride ordering, hotel negotiation, or official confirmation.
No visa, immigration, legal, medical, financial, banking, insurance, tax, or investment advice.
No customer-specific route or recommendations, and no review of travel documents, private booking accounts, payment credentials, or other prohibited sensitive information.
No guarantee from any airline, airport, taxi, hotel, map, payment app, restaurant, transit provider, government office, or other third party.

Orders And Payment

Payment is handled through Dodo Payments. Dodo shows the product, final total, supported payment methods, merchant information, and applicable terms before payment. This website does not collect card details. Under the current public manual-delivery model, we send the private download link within 24 hours after successful payment. Automatic Digital Files access is not promised unless it is verified and these terms and the delivery policy are updated.

Email Delivery

Once Dodo confirms a successful payment, we will email a private download link to the address entered at checkout within 24 hours. Before paying, confirm that the email address is correct. Allow the full 24 hours, check the inbox and spam or junk folder, and then contact support from the same email if the delivery message has not arrived. Reaching a return page or seeing a browser message or screenshot does not prove payment or delivery.

If promised files are missing or access does not work, follow the Refund and Delivery Policy.

Your Responsibilities

Dynamic information can change. Before travel and again before relying on the kit, recheck official sources, current schedules, app availability, payment acceptance, airport instructions, and details from your airline, hotel, transport or payment service, and local authorities.

You remain responsible for travel decisions, safety, documents, immigration status, bookings, payments, health needs, and compliance with local rules. Seek qualified or official help for urgent, legal, medical, immigration, banking, or safety matters.

Acceptable Use

The kit and its files are licensed for the buyer's personal travel preparation. You may save and print them for that purpose. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, scrape, sublicense, or present the files as your own product without written permission.

No Third-Party Guarantees

Local rules, apps, routes, fares, schedules, procedures, and service availability may change after publication or delivery. The kit provides preparation and fallback information only. It does not guarantee that a third party will accept a payment method, follow a route, provide a service, remain open, or produce a specific travel outcome.

Refunds And Legal Rights

Cancellation, correction, and refund handling are described in the Refund and Delivery Policy and remain subject to the payment terms shown at checkout. These terms do not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right or remedy that applicable law makes mandatory.
